We provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use, including therapy, support groups, and personalized recovery plans to promote long-term sobriety and well-being.

Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT)

Outpatient Therapy is based on clinical need and is available to children, adolescents, and adults for whom it is determined therapy may be an effective means to reduce symptoms or eliminate impairment. Individual, family, and group therapies are available and ongoing individual sessions are offered either at the B & D office, virtually, or the individual’s home.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)

Community Support Team services consist of community-based mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services provided through a team approach to assist adults in achieving their rehabilitative and recovery goals. CST services at B & D Integrated Health Services are intended for individuals with mental illness and or co-morbid illness such as substance abuse disorders and who have complex and targeted treatment needs.

A-CRA for Adolescents

Psychiatric Medication Management at B & D Integrated Health Services is a comprehensive approach for individuals of all ages, beginning with primary care health screening and monitoring as a foundational component of psychiatric treatment. Our integrated psychiatric providers work closely with each individual to determine whether medication would be beneficial and continue to assess the effectiveness of the medication over time. Proper medication can assist individuals in positively affecting their mental health and fully utilizing all aspects of their treatment. Health monitoring ensures that the medication regimens are tailored to the individual’s unique needs and conditions. Common conditions treated with medication include ADHD, depression, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, and psychotic disorders. Our commitment to integrated care ensures that everyone receives the personalized attention and care they need for optimal mental well-being.

How do I sign up for services?

To schedule an initial appointment for any of our services call the main number at 919-907-3334  (8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday – Friday) and ask for the Intake Department. One of our Intake Coordinators will speak with you to get the information needed, schedule a convenient time and set up transportation if needed. You may also choose to use this online referral form

Please call and ask for one of our Intake Coordinators to make a referral for a patient or family member to receive any of our services at B & D Integrated Health Services. Basic information including telephone number, address, social security number, date of birth and the Medicaid / Medicare/ Health Choice / private insurance number is helpful. You may also choose to use this online referral form. Faxes may be sent to 919-907-3335. 

In case of urgent after-hours need, the B & D main crisis and nurse line number is 919-225-0636. In a life-threatening crisis, call 911 immediately. 

Call B & D’s main number at 919-907-3334 and ask to speak to a nurse for medication refills. If a nurse is not available due to assisting others, please leave an audible/clear message with the client’s name, date of birth, names of medications, pharmacy information, and a call back number for the client or guardian. Please be aware your medications will not be refilled if you have not seen the prescriber as recommended, or have not submitted required urine or blood samples for laboratory analysis. Please allow 24-48 hours for response to refill requests. Refills are not provided for controlled substances (e.g. stimulant medications for ADHD; short acting anxiety medications commonly referred to as benzos); you must obtain a new prescription during your scheduled appointment for these types of medications. 

B & D Integrated Health Services is committed to ensuring that clients receive health services regardless of their ability to pay. To achieve this, we utilize the Sliding Fee Discount Program. As a nonprofit organization serving the community, this program is designed to remove financial barriers to care. Eligibility for the Sliding Fee Discount Program is determined by Federal Poverty Guidelines, taking into consideration household size and annual income. Dependent upon household income verification, fees for services range from $25 to $160 per visit, and both insured and uninsured individuals may apply. Additionally, due to NC DHHS CCBHC grant funding, most behavioral health services are provided at no cost for individuals with a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Our commitment to accessibility ensures that essential health services are available to all who need them.
