Behavioral Health Services for Children

Our child-focused behavioral health services offer therapy and support tailored to young individuals, helping them manage emotional and mental health challenges in a nurturing environment.

Behavioral Health Adult Services

Intensive In-Home (IIH)

Intensive In-Home (IIH) services are offered to children and adolescents and are delivered by a team to the individual and their family. IIH focuses on case management, crisis resolution, parent education, and therapy. Common goals include the prevention of out-of-home therapeutic placement and hospitalizations, stabilization of the child’s current living arrangement, and/or promotion of the reunification of the family to a successful level of functioning.

Outpatient Therapy (OPT)

Outpatient Therapy is based on clinical need and available to children, adolescents and adults for whom it is determined therapy may be an effective means to reduce symptoms or eliminate impairment. Individual, family, and group therapies are available and ongoing individual sessions are offered either at the B & D office, virtually, or the individual’s home.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Medication Management is provided by B & D’s psychiatrist to determine whether a medication would be helpful for the child, adolescent or adult and works with the individual over time to assess effectiveness of the medication. Proper medication can assist the individual in being better able to positively affect their mental health and fully utilize all aspects of their treatment. Common conditions treated with medication regimens are ADHD, depression, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety and psychotic disorders.
