Whether you’re a new patient, making a referral, or an established client, we make it easy to connect with the care you need.
To schedule an initial appointment for any of our services, call our main number at (919) 907-3334 between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Ask for the Intake Department, and one of our Intake Coordinators will gather necessary information, schedule a convenient time, and arrange transportation if needed.
Please call and ask for one of our Intake Coordinators to make a referral for a patient, family member, or yourself. Basic information including telephone number, address, social security number, date of birth, and insurance information is helpful. Uninsured and underinsured individuals are encouraged to apply for our Sliding Fee Discount Program.
